The Walk ItTM Program

Walk It is a complete indoor aerobic fitness walking program developed by Healthy World Project. Did you know that a 30 minute brisk walk is the most recommended form of exercise? We start out with a 1 mile full body fitness walk and month by month we work our way up to 5 miles. That may seem like a long distance right now, but you’ll be amazed at how fast you will progressively build up your endurance, coordination, flexibility and strength all in this fun and motivating, low impact aerobic fitness walking program.

If you are interested in “test driving” the Walk It Program, we will come and give your group a free 1 mile indoor fitness walk at the location of your choice!! FREE!! Your group can decide then if you would like to schedule a group session 1, 2 or 3 times a week.
